About products

There is a product filter at the web site shop.rknexe.hr. By choosing one of the filters, listed products will be selected. By clicking the fields next to filter, wanted filter is applied or turned off. You can see additional information about specific product by clicking on the photo or product name.

When viewing the product, first choose the size of viewed product as well as quantity you wish to purchase. On the right side of product photo there is a button 'ADD TO SHOPPING BAG'. By clicking that button you will add the product to the shopping bag.

SHOPPING BAG CONTENT

Simply by clicking on shopping bag icon in the upper right corner of the page opens a page showing all products selected for purchase. Products can be easily deleted from the shopping bag or you can increase the number of wanted products.

ORDERING PRODUCT FROM THE SHOPPING BAG

When you are ready to make a purchase, you need to click on the shopping bag or button 'MY SHOPPING BAG' when you will be shown the content with all items you have added to the shopping bag. If you have changed your mind about the purchase or you want to change something –simply return from the shopping bag to view offer on the page. Return to shopping bag on payment section is done in the same way by clicking the button 'MY SHOPPING BAG' (in the part where shopping bag is) or simply by clicking the shopping bag icon in the upper right corner of the page.

CHOOSING THE METHOD OF PAYMENT

Shop.rknexe.hr enables you various methods of payment: paying by debit and credit cards, CorvusPay payment and cash on delivery system.

Cash on delivery system :

Option cash on delivery enables you to settle the order amount upon delivery to above address, only when you have the goods in front of you. Cash on delivery is made exclusively in cash to the deliverer upon delivery to the specified address.

Payment by credit cards:

Debit and credit card payments are enabled with Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Premium and Diners cards. Check with the issuing bank if your credit card supports online payments.

IN CASE OF PURCHASE BY CARD –after confirming your order, you will be redirected to CorvusPay system -credit card payment system were you will enter payment card details and make payments. If transaction is successful, you will be redirected to our web page with information that payment was successful.

By creating and paying the order for which credit card is chosen as method of payment, you will receive two separate e-mails to your e-mail address,- first ORDER CONFIRMATION and , after successful payment , another e-mail PAYMENT CONFIRMATION.

ORDER CONFIRMATION - is an e-mail you receive when you succesfully put chosen items to the shopping bag on our website, filled in data, chose card method of payment and agreed with terms of use and clicked CONFIRM. This e-mail does not mean that payment was successful.

CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENT – is an e-mail you receive after, on the page via CorvusPay system, you enter your card details and succesfully complete payment. This e-mail is a confirmation of successful payment.

If you do not receive an e-mail about payment confirmation, please check if your card payment has been successful.

COMPLETION OF ORDERING

By clicking on the CONFIRM button, you will be notified of a successfully sent order (unless you are purchasing by card, in which case the steps described above in the Payment by cards section apply). Note: before clicking the Confirm button, you must check that you agree to the Terms of Use.

An order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address, which you left during registration. If there is any ambiguity about your contact information, after recording your order, you will receive a phone call or e-mail inquiry from our customer support service to verify the delivery information.

DELIVERY

After confirming the order, if there is a need for additional verification of your data, the seller will contact you to confirm and verify all data, usually within 48 hours. From that moment, the delivery time is usually 10 to 12 working days. For some less connected areas and islands, this period may be longer.

We kindly ask for your understanding for possible delays, as we also depend on external services. The delivery time can then be extended to 15 working days.

In order to ensure the availability of items and their correctness, the availability is checked for each item with the store. If all items are available, they go for delivery.

After checking availability, if a particular item is not available, you will receive an email about availability.

When creating an order, you can choose several delivery methods

To your address;

Croatian Post (delivery service with which NEXE SPORT d.o.o. cooperates) delivers shipments to the delivery address in the period from 8:00 to 16:00 hrs. Please ensure that there is a person at the address who can pick up the shipment during this period. When picking up the shipment, it is necessary to visually inspect the package, so that there is no visible damage.

If you notice that the shipping box is significantly damaged and suspect that the product may be damaged, refuse to accept the shipment and notify us immediately. If the shipment is seemingly undamaged, feel free to pick up the shipment and sign the delivery note / delivery note.

It is common practice for the courier, if he does not find you at the address, to call you on the phone you left when creating the order and arrange a new delivery date. If he still can't find you at the address, the shipment will be returned to us. Upon receipt of the shipment, we will contact you to determine the reason for non-delivery and arrange for resending.

Delivery is free for all orders in Croatia.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW

NEXE SPORT d.o.o. adheres to consumer protection policies. As our consumer, you have the right to return the purchase for any reason within 14 days of receiving the order. You can return the order by mail or physically to NEXE SPORT d.o.o., warehouse Braće Radić 24, Našice.

RETURN/EXCHANGE

Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, you are authorized to unilaterally terminate the contract, without giving reasons, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product and in accordance with Article 77, paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act you are responsible for any impairment of the purchased product as the result of handling the purchased product.

If you have changed your mind about the purchase or after receiving the order you decide that you do not like the number, color, model, etc., within the already mentioned 14 days it is possible to make a replacement or get a refund within 14 working days. You can return the goods at the office of NEXE SPORT d.o.o. or send it by post to the office. According to the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer is obliged to bear the direct costs of returning the product, if he exercises his right to unilateral termination of the contract.

In order to make a replacement or return the ordered, with the desire for refund, you can contact us at +385915055832 or send an e-mail at nexesport@rknexe.hr with your details (name, surname, phone) and describe what kind of replacement or refund works. Regardless of the type of payment, you will need the IBAN of the bank account to which you want the refund to be made.

Goods can be returned only upon presentation of an invoice and with a complaint / refund sheet.

In case of return of goods or refund, to the customer who has previously paid for the order with one of the payment cards, in part or in full, regardless of the reason for return, Nexe Sport d.o.o. will return the paid funds for the goods to the bank account specified by the buyer and for which he sent the IBAN.

Refunds to persons who paid by cash on delivery are made upon confirmation of receipt of payment and upon receipt of the returned order, by payment to the account within 14 working days.

Please note that returned products must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging, with a copy of the invoice and a complaint / refund sheet. The buyer is responsible for any impairment of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods. This does not apply to the handling required to determine the correctness of the product. If the goods are not in proper condition (unworn and undamaged or the original packaging is damaged), the buyer bears the cost of postage in the amount of 30 kn so that the goods can be sent back to your home address.

NEXE SPORT d.o.o. is not responsible if the delivery service, through which the customer sends the return / replacement products, does not deliver these products to our stores and the product is returned to the sender's address. If the package you sent is returned to you, please contact the delivery service to which you sent the shipment.

CONTRACT TERMINATION

INSTRUCTIONS FOR UNILATERAL TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT

You can terminate the contract unilaterally within 14 days, without giving a reason.

In order to be entitled to unilaterally terminate this Agreement, you must notify us of your decision to terminate the Agreement unilaterally, before the expiration of the term, by an unequivocal statement sent by mail or e-mail, stating your name, address, telephone number or email address.

The deadline for unilateral termination is 14 days from the day when the goods subject to the contract were handed over to you or to a third party designated by you, who is not a carrier.

Refund of the amount paid

If you unilaterally terminate this Agreement, we will refund the money we received from you, including delivery costs, without delay, and no later than 14 working days from the date of receipt of your decision to unilaterally terminate the contract or goods, unless you have chosen another type of delivery, which is not the cheapest standard delivery we have offered.

Refunds will be made to the account whose IBAN you provide to us. You do not incur any costs in relation to the refund depending on the difference in the method of payment. We can only refund the money after the goods are returned to us or after you provide us with proof that you have sent the goods back to us.

Return of goods

Return the goods to the branch office where the package came from, without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you sent us your decision to unilaterally terminate the contract. You are considered to have fulfilled your obligation on time if you send or hand over the goods to us before the expiry of the aforementioned period. According to the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer is obliged to bear the direct costs of returning the product if he exercises his right to unilateral termination of the contract.

Return costs

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods yourself.

Responsibility of the consumer for impairement of goods

You are responsible for any impairment of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, other than that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. We ask customers to pay attention to the packaging that is an integral part of the product. It is not allowed to glue, scratch or in any other way destroy the packaging.

Reduction of the refund amount due to the condition of the original packaging of the returned product:

Undamaged packaging: full refund

Damaged packaging: reduction of the value of the product by HRK 50

Without original packaging: reduction of product value by HRK 50

Percentage reduction of the refund amount depending on the condition of the returned product:

Product originally packaged: 0%

The product is not used, but only tested for functionality: 0%

Product used: 100%

Conversion statement

All payments will be made in HRK. If paid with payment cards of foreign Issuing Banks, the kuna amount of the transaction will be converted into the settlement currency of the Bank (EUR) according to the exchange rate of the National Bank of Croatia. When debiting your payment card, the already converted amount will be converted into your local currency, according to the exchange rate applied by payment card operators.

Liability for material defects of the product

Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, on the relations between the consumer (end user) and the merchant, in case of material defect on the product, the provisions of the Civil Obligations Act (OG 35/05, 41/08, 125/11, 78/15) on liability for material defects will apply.

The consumer is obliged to inform the seller of the existence of visible defects, without delay, and no later than two months from the day when he discovered the defect.

As a seller, we are not responsible for a material defect of the sold item that appears two years after the sale of the item.

COMPLAINTS

NEXE SPORT d.o.o. adheres to consumer protection policies. As our consumer you have the right within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to return the purchased item/s for any reason. You can return the order by mail and at the branch office.

When picking up the shipment, please check your package in the presence of the courier. If there is visible damage on it (broken parts and dents), you should not take over the package. In this case, please call us at +385915055832 or send us an e-mail with your details (name, surname, phone) to the address Matica Hrvatske 1, Našice and state the reason why you refused to take over the package.

We will inform you as soon as possible about further action.

If you received the shipment and after opening the box found that the delivered goods do not match the ordered or the invoice data is not correct, please, no later than 24 hours from the date of receipt of the shipment, call +385915055832 or send an e-mail with your data (name, surname, telephone) to the address nexesport@rknexe.hr and describe the situation in question. We will inform you as soon as possible about further action.

If there are disagreements on the purchased product in terms of the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, please proceed in the manner defined by the Ordinance on consumer complaints for goods purchased through online sales, which together with the complaint form should be sent to nexesport@rknexe.hr . In case of defective goods, the cost of delivery of the complaint is borne by NEXE SPORT d.o.o.

In cases where the defective product can be replaced with a new one and when the product can be refunded, we send a delivery service to your address that collects the claimed product and returns it to our warehouse. When the product arrives at the warehouse, we will send you a notification about the refund / shipping of the replacement product. A refund or replacement for a new product will be made within 15 days at the latest.

Refund

In case of return of goods or refund to the customer who has previously paid for one of the payment cards, in part or in full, regardless of the reason for return, NEXE SPORT d.o.o. will return the paid funds to the bank account specified by the customer and for which he sends the IBAN. Refunds to persons who paid by cash on delivery are made upon confirmation of receipt of payment and upon receipt of the returned order, by payment to the account within 14 working days.

Release from liability

Shop.rknexe.hr strives to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of data published on the website. Despite these efforts, it is possible that there will be a rapid change in product features, availability and prices that fail to be updated on the website at the same time. In that case NEXE SPORT d.o.o. will notify the customer of the changes in the shortest possible time and allow the replacement of the ordered product or cancellation of the order.

PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING

We may process your personal data for the following purposes: in order to respond to your inquiry or request, to process your offer, to fulfill our obligations under the contractual relationship with you through our webshop. We may also process your data for the following purposes: to enable you to submit complaints and refunds, to enable you to exchange goods under warranty, to provide you with various payment methods, to enable you to refund, to take the necessary action in case of termination of the Contract (return of goods, refunds , etc.).

Depending on the purpose, we may collect and process following categories of your personal data:

because the processing is necessary for the execution of the contract or in order to take action at your request before concluding the contract (e.g. for the purpose of registration of users, delivery of goods, return of goods or funds paid, etc.);

in order to comply with the legal obligations of the controller (e.g. for the purpose of enabling the submission of complaints, replacement of goods under the guarantee, etc.);

for the needs of the legitimate interests of the processing manager (e.g. for the purpose of monitoring and improving business, protection of persons and property, etc.);

based on your consent when processing is not performed on any of the above grounds (e.g. for marketing purposes)

If we do not process your data on any other basis, we will ask for your consent for processing.

We process the data, if we have your consent.

For example, in the case of a purchase, the provision of the requested personal data is necessary for the conclusion of the contract so that NEXE SPORT d.o.o. could deliver / provide the requested goods and thus fulfill its contractual obligation. If you do not provide the required information, it is likely that NEXE SPORT d.o.o. will not be able to process your order and deliver the ordered goods to you.

When buying in the webshop, all the above information is not necessary, but you need to provide us your name, e-mail address (to confirm the order) and delivery address (to deliver your order), and telephone contact (to be able to contact when ordering ). Depending on the method of payment, we may also process your bank details. If you do not provide us with this minimum information, the purchase via the webshop will not be possible and NEXE SPORT d.o.o. will not be able to accept and process your order.

NEXE SPORT d.o.o. may process your personal data as this is necessary for the conclusion and execution of the contract and the fulfillment of contractual obligations and so that NEXE SPORT d.o.o. can respect and perform its legal obligations (legal obligation of NEXE SPORT d.o.o. as the processing manager). ONLINE PAYMENT IN NEXE SPORT WEBSHOP

Your credit and debit card information, which you enter when paying in our webshop, is not received or processed in our systems. Processing takes place in the systems and technical and legal responsibility of our online payment partner, and we receive information on the status of the transaction.

The confidentiality of your data is protected and ensured by the use of SSL encryption. Online billing sites are secured using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is the process of encrypting data to prevent unauthorized access during its transmission.

The merchant does not store credit card numbers and the numbers are not available to unauthorized persons.

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS ORDERED IN WEBSHOP

We share personal data of the contact person for delivery, i.e. name and surname, delivery address, e-mail address and telephone number, which we received from you with the order confirmation, with our logistics partners in order to prepare products from your order and deliver them to your address according to your request. Business partners are authorized to use this information and contact you exclusively for the purpose of delivery of individual shipments.

In accordance with the agreement with us and its membership in the "Privacy shield" program of cooperation between the EU and the US, Google does not use this information for any other purpose and takes appropriate technical and organizational protection measures.
